Mhh ja... so schön dieses miteinander spielen auch immer klingen mag, es verfälscht aber was sich dahinter verbirgt. Größer, stärker, besser, mehr als der Gegenmann. Man könnte meinen ein Dragon Quest könnte was Differenzierung und Invidualität angeht, die Ausrüßtung und das Level ausgeschlossen, mehr an den Tag bringen aber wie es in der menschlichen Natur üblich ist, entwickelt sich auch dort im Laufe der Zeit ein System mit einer Unterordnung und dem roten Faden dem dann irgendwie jeder folgt.

Was man hier positiv hervorheben kann ist das man keine Tastatur zur verfügung hat um in der gruppe dem schwächeren schnell mal ein noob rüberzutippen wie es bei unseren mmorpg helden üblich ist, da machen sie auch bei nintendo nicht halt. Andererseits, vielleicht wird es wie dieser Rpg server bei herr der ringe online, wo die spieler so schreiben als hätte man sie direkt aus mittelerde entfernt. Gebildet in vollem Deutsch und mit Manieren. Ich bin kein Hellseher und kann nicht sagen wie die community hier sein wird. Vielleicht reißt der Singeplayer mehr raus.

Ps: Ist euch schon aufgefallen wie die 4players news heute mit battlefield threads zugemüllt sind, in den ersten 2 dutzend 20 stück. Das ist ungefähr so wie mit Fußball in den Sportnews/zeitung. Ja ja mainstream eben

Auch von den Streaming-Fähigkeiten sei man beeindruckt gewesen. Es habe lediglich fünf Minuten und zwei Zeilen Code gebraucht, bis man Darksiders II auf dem Controller zum Laufen gebracht hatte.

Hier wird von Problemen berichtet, da von fast schon absurder einfachheit. Was ich aber nicht verstehe, ist das mit dem Code. Ach.... hihi...ich gehe mal davon aus das ich nicht hunderstellige Codes eingeben muss und 5 Minutebn warten um auf meinem Tablet zu spielen :wink:

die probleme bei der entwicklung betreffen auch die hardware und nicht die software. das devkit dürfte, auch wenn es täglich oder wöchentlich updates gibt, ganz gut funktionieren, oder zumindest gut durchdacht sein. das ist schon mal sehr gut und auch sehr wichtig.

jetzt muss nur noch die hardware anstandslos laufen. ich hoffe nur, nintendo geht nicht wieder kompromisse ein.

Wahrscheinlich ja, leider. Ein Unternehmen das nur den einen Standbein hat, hat nicht allzuviel Spielraum, zumindest nicht wie die Großen, die in allen Sparten mitmischen und sich häufiger als 1x Subventionierungen erlauben können.

Neue Dragon Quest X Details

Game Memo is reporting on a number of new features for Dragon Quest X. The site doesn't provide a source for the info, but they tend to be pretty accurate, so we can probably take their word for it.

Here's what's new in the Game Memo story:

- The game's story will have lots of volume, with the hope that players can continue to play online for a long time.
- Outside of story, you'll find a lot of gameplay content, as each of the game's five races have their own specific quests.
- While it's common for online games to not have an "ending" with a "last boss," it appears that this will not apply to DQX.
- The game's inn facility will now have a concierge. The concierge will give you info about events.
- While the game will have auto save, you'll still be able to go to the church to pray in order to save.
- The game will have a post office through which you can send letters and items to friends without directly meeting.
- The game world will be many times bigger than Dragon Quest VIII's massive world.
- Your player character is actually human, but after some sort of happening, he turns into one of the five announced races.
- You start the game off in a small village, where you live with either your brother or sister. The game's character making feature allows you to create this family member as well.

Jump has a detailed look at Dragon Quest X: Waking of the Five Tribes’ town and you can own a piece of it. Players can build a house in Astordia in a residential block of the town. Houses can be customized, but Jump didn’t discuss this feature in detail.

Dragon Quest X’s hub world also has an inn where you can rest at to restore HP. The ground floor has a concierge too which informs players about events in the game. Screenshots also show a blacksmith, likely a place where you can improve your equipment and create new items, plus a bazaar. You can display wares at the traveler’s bazaar. Sounds like that’s going to be the place where you can sell gear to other players. Dragon Quest X also has a post office and Jump hints that you may be able to send letters to friends and perhaps even give items to other players there too.

Dragon Quest X comes out next year for Wii and will also be released on Wii U at a later date.

When you start off Dragon Quest X, in addition to selecting one of five tribes for your character, you also select a job. Square Enix provided a look at some of those jobs today.

Similar to DQIX, DQX makes use of a skill point system, where you distribute points across weapons, learning new skills when you reach certain levels. You can change your job, not at Dharma's Shrine like in past DQ games, but at the Dharma's Shine Branch Office in your town
