...klar kommt für pc raus, für xbox mit ziemlicher sicherheit auch, die gamecube variante wurde wie ich annehme ( oft gelesen habe) gestrichen.
es wird aber tatsächlich von einigen ziemlich verlässlichen wullen/magazinen behauptet dass teil 3 auf der ps2 erscheinen wird...
wer die versionen von pandora tomorrow verglichen hat, und jetzt auch noch den heftigen e3 trailer gesehen hat, dürfte sich ja wohl ernsthaft die frage stellen ob teil 3 technisch für die ps2 überhaupt umzusetzen ist, ich schätze/befürchte nö...keine chance.
was meint ihr dazu, bzw. hat jemand weiterreichende informationen oder ergänzungen.
ah ja und bloß nicht wieder so n scheiss konsolen gestresse, bleibt mal n bisschen sachlicher... zumindest die 2-3 kandidaten die das betrifft...

yep klar schätz ich auch, allerdings bei allem (guten) willen und gewinnstreben, wenn das ganze technisch nicht machbar ist, hat auch ubisoft keine chance.

Schon die ersten beiden Teile auf PS2 und GameCube waren grafisch etwas schwächer als Xbox und PC (und Xbox war auch etwas schwächer als PC), also wieso auch nicht SC3?
Ich denke schon, dass Ubi es schaffen wird eine PS2 Version zu entwickeln.

14:37 "3" is slashed as Ubisoft announces that the third title in its Splinter Cell series is to go by the name Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Plus, the publisher has also confirmed the title for Xbox, with both the console version and the PC outing due at the end of the year - or in time for Christmas.
Ubisoft has said, additionally, that the game is to release "on other formats" in the first quarter of 2005. An N-Gage rendition is specifically mentioned, but we assume that versions are also being developed for PS2, GameCube and GBA. We're currently awaiting confirmation on this from the publisher.

Update: Ubisoft UK has now confirmed with us that Chaos Theory will indeed be out on GameCube, PS2 and GBA in Q1 2005.

Players reprise the role of Sam Fisher in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Set in 2008, the game finds the black-ops agent on an international espionage escapade and embroiled in the world of information warfare. Plenty of gameplay and graphical updates and additions are planned, plus there's that tasty inclusion of co-op play.
